Prices & Order
Products can be ordered on Debe Flow Group's website. Prices stated on the website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, this can be changed in the top right corner by the language button.

Delivery
Debe has most of its range in stock. In-stock items are usually shipped within the number of working days specified on the website. If it is temporarily closed, Debe Flow Group will notify you as a customer to the e-mail address specified by you. In the event of a delivery delay, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase, provided that your order refers to products within the regular stocked assortment.
Shipping
Deliveries are made with Schenker agents. A notification will take place when the package has arrived at the agent.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the product. The product must be returned in unaltered condition for you to receive a full credit or refund. Crediting or reimbursement normally takes place within 10 banking days after an approved return. You as a customer are responsible for the reduction in value that occurs if you handle the product to a greater extent than is considered necessary to determine the product's properties and function. Depreciation can take place by up to 100% of the item's value. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping costs if you choose to cancel your purchase. Debe Flow Group cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost during a return shipment where the shipping document was not purchased through Debe Flow Group.
If you as a customer wish to return goods that have been delivered later than 14 days, we reserve the right to make a return deduction of 25% provided that the packaging is unbroken. If the packaging is broken, no returns will be accepted.
Warranty and complaint
Debe Flow Group has products from 1 year to 5 years warranty, this is mentioned under the respective product on the website. In the first instance, the product will be repaired, but if the cost exceeds the value of the product, the product will be replaced under warranty.
When buying on Debe Flow Group's website, the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) and the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) apply in stores, which give you a 3-year right of complaint. This only applies to manufacturing defects. When receiving a product, it is important that it is carefully examined.
In the event of a complaint claim, contact should be made directly to reklamation@debe.se. Email the error description of the product together with the receipt of your purchase.
